Pumpkin Spice Latte
Want a Pumpkin Spice Latte that’s creamy and indulgent? This recipe is perfect for anyone who wants a spicy coffee. Just substitute the almond milk for cow’s milk, and the coconut oil for butter.
1.5 Cups Almond Milk
2 Tbsp Cane or Coconut Oil
½ Cup Ice
1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
4 Tbsp Coffee Syrup (or Instant Vanilla)
Pumpkin Pie Spice – this can be a lot of fun and there are dozens of spices to choose from. I use the pumpkin pie spice blend found on Trader Joe’s websites but you can go with nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, ginger, allspice, and a ton more.

Green or Black Pepper

In a blender, combine the almond milk, oil, pumpkin pie spice, coffee syrup and heavy cream. Blend until frothy, about 1 minute.
